I have over 20 years of experience in large volume Call Centres which gave me the foundation to build excellent problem-solving skills, client liaison, and world class service delivery, so much so that I appear on Hello Peter for exceptional service delivery.
I first joined the real estate as a sales agent for a well-known real estate company in Johannesburg Northern suburbs. Over the next 24 months I gained valuable experience working with both buyers and sellers and equipping myself with the legal and procedural knowledge to handle property transactions on my own.

Having earned a great reputation in the industry, I was approached by Harcourts Rhino to join their then rather small rental company. If you were to ask my manager and our director, they would tell you that I was instrumental in the growth of the company and continue to deliver exceptional results for both my landlords and my tenants.

At Rentals Dot Com West, located in Helderkruin, Roodepoort, you will now find a team of property practitioners and rental agents supported by a large, highly capable admin department and best in field management. RDC West now comprises of a team of 10 motivated individuals and as a team, often achieve Top 5 Inland Rentals office and I personally rank in the Top 5 Rental Agents nationally.

Not only have I been recognized for my achievements within the company, and the group at large, I have also received recognition from our partners Xpello, who offer an industry leading service affording my landlords protection in the event an eviction becomes necessary. Remember, a tenant is only as good as their current circumstances allow, and life happens. That’s when having partners like this can prove invaluable. Due to my meticulous and detail-oriented vetting process, combined with highly refined instincts to aid my landlords in avoiding having to evict a tenant at all.

Xpello has skilfully intervened on the rare occasion that a tenant of RDC West has defaulted on payment. Their processes and regular updates to all parties have provided peace of mind and to date has managed to avoid having to formally evict any tenants.
